Big Kevs Workout

I have tried big kevs workout for a weekand I feel great after it. Has anybody else tried it and how did u get on?

I'll agree. Kev did help alot of ppl out including myself but he chose to go a different direction.
And about his workout: I think it's a good workout plan, it worked for him obviously but remember he was using that for 8-10 years straight w/ out switching it up at all, which wouldn't be recomended...

I like his workout, but he left a bad taste in my mouth. Got my first source from him. The clen came, but when I order a full cycle, nothing. Haven't order my first cycle yet, until I am ready and 100% comfertable about the source. But he has been bashed enough here, his workout is still worthy, even if he is not.
