Scaling down the volume during pct

Every article i've read would tell a guy to work out at the same weight/intensity during PCT but with lower volume. They say keep the workouts shorter, eat above your tdee and keep the same rep range as well.

Very well, But one question remains.

How much less volume are we talking.

Usually i would do 12 sets per muscle per day.

Most of my days are only one muscle per day. However i do biceps and triceps on the same day, So on arm day i'd be doing a total of 24 sets. Normally.

Scaling down volume for pct i decided to try 9 or 10 sets per muscle per day. Is that low enough? Or should i cut down to 6. Again most days I only train one muscle. But then i go and do 40 minutes of cardio. I also cut the cardio down to 30 minutes for PCT.

Today was arm day. I did 9 sets biceps and 9 sets triceps. Total of 18

    Is all this good enough???
