    Bf%estimate and feedback

    Hey there posted about a month ago of pics! Got great feedback from y'all on bf%!! Still busting a** in the gym like always #teamnodaysoff lol so I was wanting to post what bf%may be now and would love any help on things I need to work on

    Bf%-- Tanita electrode scale says 8% also I use to be pretty fat and lost it quick so may not look like it but the scale seems pretty accurate also lower stomach has loose skin but hey healthy now ???
