    Lat pulldown mid back pain

    I'm going to get this short, I was doing lat pulldown earlier today and I'm getting this painful feeling in a small area of my mid/lower back near the spine. I was only doing 165lbs x 5 for two sets at today's Max. Normally I get to 190-210. I did not ever get this kind of pain about a year ago. And its just starting to bother me. Train through the pain or what?

    I wouldn't say to train through dude you could end up really hurting yourself. You should wait it out a week or so if it isn't healed or at least feeling better get it checked out.

    But I would stay away from training it just to be safe

    Your back looks great bro..no need to risk injury thats gonna set you back a month or so and hinder your gains...leave it alone for a whole week imo.
