    U said uve never lifted, or never dieted, ull have to give up alchol.

    Just cause ur on AAS what makes u think u will change all that and stick to it.

    Do u even know what a PCT is?

    Haha man steroids won't make you stop drinking let alone defeat a coke habit. Imho you're in no shape to begin a cycle. Go for a run and hit the weights a few times a week for a few years and diet. And above all, read. Don't just come here for quick answers and for someone to do all the work for you by putting together diet, cycle, and workout plan. You should already know or
    At least have a clue before considering this stuff.
