    New User 1st Cycle

    Hi All,

    I'm thinking of starting a 12 week Cycle. A few reasons behind this decision are:
    • Have a few niggling injurys that are hindering my training
    • Have plateaued in weight gain after a few years training
    • Have found a good reliable trustworthy contact
    • Believe at 36yrs my body will respond well to it
    • Am looking for more size lol


    Some stats: I am 36yo 82kg 176cm 19% body fat. have been weight training for 3yrs, train martial arts 4 nights a week, and are fit. I have refined my technique in weight training pretty well ( although a few exercises I still have issues with ).

    My contact has indicated I should go 6 weeks on Sus 4 weeks on Dec to see how I respond, If all is well continue for another 6. He said 5ml sus 2ml Dec then PCT (obviously)

    For a 1st course what are your thoughts on this?

    Sorry If I sound inexperienced, it's my 1st post and I'm sure to have left vital info out.

    Namely what injuries are we taking about?

    If your "contact" is your source, its rarely a good idea to take advice from someone who's interest is your money - as a general rule.

    What kind of injuries are you referring to? In some cases, you may exacerbate said injuries with steroids.

    For a first cycle you would be far better off cycling about 500mg/wk of testosterone ALONE, for many reasons. Again, your source's interest is in selling.

    I agree with the above.Plus you should get your bf down to 15%.You should run test at 500mg a week.

    My injury's are tendinitis in the arm from computer work all day. Sore shoulder from throwing & grappling (might be a rotor cuff injury / tendinitis). Like I said, I'm not getting any younger.

    My contact is my source, which is why I have come here for another opinion. He also suggested I research a tren/prop cycle (1ml e3d) for 6 weeks.

    To be honest, my Body fat is probably lower than 19%. It's been a few months since I did it last, and have been eating lean and doing loads of cardio and HIIT. I might check it tonight and update initial post.

    Chances are, your injuries which are largely tendon-ligament could worsen on steroids. One reason is that while steroids will aid in muscle growth causing you to lift heavier, the same does not hold true of ligaments/tendons. With increased load/lifting your injuries could worsen.

    Tren for a first cycle is a terrible idea. As Songdog said, 500mg/wk of testosterone enthanate is where you should start. 12-16wks.

    What have you selected for your AI and dose?

    Just did the sums and measurements, BF is 16%, so that should be OK I'm guessing.

    So he said if I go a low dose Sus 250 Dec 150, and being my 1st cycle I may not need one. He did offer to give me a few Arimidex in case. What are your thoughts on that ?

    Appreciate the input guys, It's a bummer when your relatively new to something. I guess we all were at sometime though.

    Bro you need to have everything in hand before you START your cycle.You should run Adex EOD@ .25.Quit listening to your source he isnt helping you.You dont want to run tren and your bf is ok.You will need clomid and Nova for your pct.Please read our stickys they will answer a lot of your questions.Good luck Bro

    Ok so my initial excitement is waning. Forgive me for sounding impulsive lol, 1st timer and all that. I think being my 1st cycle I might do Test only ( as recommended here ). So do I still need Adex EOD .25 if I'm going to do 140ml Test Prop E3D? I'm guessing so, but want to confirm dosage. Add the clomid and Nova at the PCT, and it not a poor mans game.

    Still so much to read, yet so interesting. It's like this whole side of Human Bio-science I never touched on.
