Hi All,
I'm thinking of starting a 12 week Cycle. A few reasons behind this decision are:
- Have a few niggling injurys that are hindering my training
- Have plateaued in weight gain after a few years training
- Have found a good reliable trustworthy contact
- Believe at 36yrs my body will respond well to it
- Am looking for more size lol
Some stats: I am 36yo 82kg 176cm 19% body fat. have been weight training for 3yrs, train martial arts 4 nights a week, and are fit. I have refined my technique in weight training pretty well ( although a few exercises I still have issues with ).
My contact has indicated I should go 6 weeks on Sus 4 weeks on Dec to see how I respond, If all is well continue for another 6. He said 5ml sus 2ml Dec then PCT (obviously)
For a 1st course what are your thoughts on this?
