My injury's are tendinitis in the arm from computer work all day. Sore shoulder from throwing & grappling (might be a rotor cuff injury / tendinitis). Like I said, I'm not getting any younger.
My contact is my source, which is why I have come here for another opinion. He also suggested I research a tren/prop cycle (1ml e3d) for 6 weeks.
To be honest, my Body fat is probably lower than 19%. It's been a few months since I did it last, and have been eating lean and doing loads of cardio and HIIT. I might check it tonight and update initial post.
