    struggling with back

Just took my begining pics for my new cycles. which is test e, mast e, and anavar.

I am lacking back devlopment major. I mean obviously i have work to do everywhere but back is my main issue right now.

Looking a great back routine to black my back.

My lifts are descent in weight but maybe cause of my arms? i am very weak in deads though.

    Any suggestions?

Since im struggling, i switch every week. since i only hit it once a week. So i will give you todays workout.

Warm up with assited pull ups. 2 sets

first excersise : Pull ups. 3 sets. working inner to wide grip. 10-8-6
second: Hammer strength machine. Dont know name of these machines. Its the Db row. 10-8-6. ( 2-45's each side, add 10 each side, add 10)
third: Bent over BB rows. Over hand grip. 10-8-6 ( weak excersise for me too)
fourth: Did straight set of Hammer stregth pull overs, and hyper extensions. 3 sets
fifth: Close grip lat pull down. 10-8-6
Finished with standing lat pull downs.

Lower back is weak. Lats are descent.

Try doing 2 warm up sets and one working set to failure using methods such as dropsets, negs and forced. Hit the basic exercises and go all out and use as much weight as possible which doesnt make your form slack.

Watch this because this is how I train and it made my back explode in thickness and width - wont go wrong

I found them on youtube. Thank you Marcus.

Would it be a good idea to switch my entire routine to his blood and guts routine? Since I'm starting this cycle?

Only issue with these is I don't have a spotter.

If your not seeing results from your current routine then yes this would be a great move forward. Doesn't matter about a spotter just introduce dropsets at failure and go again,

Update for marcus or whoever wants to comment. Been doing the dorian workout u suggested. Definately seeing a diffrence. Getting stronger on back nd every movement. My deads still suck and are weak movement for me. But working on it. Let me know what you think. Sorry hard to take pics alone of my back too. Cant figure out how to take pics using mywebcam yet.

Been at this workout routine for maybe 4.5-5 wks now.

Hey looks like your adding slabs of muscle on your back, keep with it and increasing the intensity and you will get thicker and wider back. Well done

Yeah your looking well Goode80 another little tip is when you do pull ups/chin ups do them weighted. I use a rope with a weight on end and wrap it round me like a hold all. Next two weeks I add a bit more weight which helps me gauge me strength in the lats. Keep it up!

Bigsiv, I do these with dips right now. I do wide grip pull ups with very good form. Just not strong with them yet. I used to be. I would hold a db with my feet as I did them. I might start doing it again.

I will check that out. Loved Dorian's videos.

Db with feet kinda awkward, can't bend knees but it worked. I don't have my own belt and old gym didn't have one to use so I had to impervise lol.
