I wish i knew, none of them were really pushing it, just crazy thingi guess...other then ham tear, that was a challenge from my wife that i couldnt high kick a leaf on a tree, ohh i did, twice, not sure it was worth it thou...LOL...stupid ego...haha...all others were just lifting well withing my strength range, most of the injuries happened on 6th or 7th rep...but i learned something testosterone even thou is stimulates cartridge growth it is not weaved in a cross pattern making it brittle so it can tear easy, so for you older folks like me be careful with high test doses...from now on i am only using test in the 250 to 300mg range per week, supported by deca or EQ which both stimulate cartridge growth in a proper carbon weave pastern...its been a long year i got more hurt in 12 month then in previous 20 years....
