Very impressive Mike. I don't know how you're pushing through a diet with those injuries. Maybe it's not as bad as it sounds but it does sound rough.
Its as rough as it sounds, working around injuries for a while now so almost seems natural now just trying to play the bullshit cards i have been dealt and go from there, likely the show will be pushed out a month but still hoping to get it done...not able to expend the kind of calories i hope a the gym, so falling a bit behind but still making progress....thanks partner...
So after my ultrasound they told me its a partial tear in my right pec but no surgery required, so now physio and go from there...she told me i should be 100% in 2 years i said you mean 6 months right? and she said no, 2 years...so now its a personal challenge...i will be benching in next 6 month, guarantee...period...
I've had a partial pec tear, took me about 6 months to recover from it. I do not credit that to being better than anyone else or having special genetics. I credit it to hormones. My opinion anyway. Regardless, I'd put that one at the top of the list in terms of painful injuries.
