My reference is strictly related to tendon recovery and regeneration, not to muscle tissue, in general terms Test is king but not for tendon health. If i know what i know now i would have run few cycles differently...once i am done this prep cycle, i will be doing 250mg test, 250mg deca and 400mg or Masterone or Primo, no orals to give my liver and kidneys a break as well...this will help my joints and tendons while still maintaining anabolism and getting some good quality solid gains...another positive is at this does of test i wont have to use and AI...
A therapeutic dose of deca as always helped me with my injuries. I've not been on it for a few months now and boy can I tell the difference.

Very impressive Mike. I don't know how you're pushing through a diet with those injuries. Maybe it's not as bad as it sounds but it does sound rough.

I've had a partial pec tear, took me about 6 months to recover from it. I do not credit that to being better than anyone else or having special genetics. I credit it to hormones. My opinion anyway. Regardless, I'd put that one at the top of the list in terms of painful injuries.

I agree makes a huge difference...last time i stopped deca i felt it bad, now with it some of the injuries almost seem none existing...
