    cutting diet. any advice

    hi everyone im 22yrs old 160lbs.
    I would say im from the 15-20% BF%
    I want to have a strict diet to help get as lean an cut an loose bf.
    i dont rlly know my exact intake,usually just eat a plate of food, enough to were my body feels best. never limited myself to feel "starved" or stuff myy face till my stomach hurts. I keep it basic with the protein, healthy fats an tons of green veggies/ fruit.
    pretty much just drink water an milk, but will be cutting out milk for this, along with carbs.
    if i up my cardio, say 30-45 am then again later that night would that help loose the bf% ??
    also workout 5 days a week, for about an hour.
    Goal: is to loose that 15-20% bf and to have a solid looking stomach


    any advise, or opinions is great.

    And for the goal, i meant is to loose at least maybe 7% of that bf%

    How tall are you? You realize you would be in the 140's if you lost that bf? Are you male or female?

    5'7 and im a male. and i didnt realize tht id be around 140. would tht be bad?

    any tips how to loose about 5%.
    lately just eating kind of less, about 5-6 meals a day.(not stuffing my face) and All lean meats, an vegiigies. an my fiber from wheat bread
    and more cardio about 35-45 minutes an again sometimes for 10-30 min.. drinking just water. glass a milk a day 1%

    did u read the cutting sticky?

    i suggest u post what u think is a good cutting diet and lets see how u do. be sure to include total cals, macros, meal times, workout time, amount of crdio and duration of cardio..
