Thread: Need advice on diet

  1. #1
So I'm quite new to diets I've been working out for the last 6 months and its going good. But I was going to start my first cycle in a month and was thinking what should I really be eating before and during the cycle? I work every day 10am-10pm and work out from 10:15-12:15 then go home and relax for an hour then sleep. Right now I've been eating for breakfast (9:30 am) oats then whey shake at around 11, have beans, chicken, lettuce, tomato, and onions, then pre workout have a bowl of rice then whey shake after workout. Now the problem I'm facing with reading all these diets is they take a long time to prepare the food. I have about 10 minutes to make and eat each of my meals. The beans and chicken salad is at this burrito place I just don't have it in burrito form. So what should I be eating that's quick and at what times? I don't mind buying food every day already cooked but It has to be 10 minutes 15 max. Also what vitimens should I be taking. I'm taking just multivitamins. I'm 220 lbs 22% body fat.

Yes regularly for the last 6 months. I have worked out prior just not 7 days a week like the last 6 months.

If you want my routine is:

    Monday: chest / triceps
    Tuesday: back / biceps
    Wednesday: shoulder / traps
    Thursday: thigh / calves
    Friday: chest / triceps
    Saturday: back / biceps
    Sunday: shoulder / traps

And every day 15 minutes of abs.

Not to be mean or sound like an azz, but everything after that statement is irrelevant.

You have no business doing AAS in a month or even a year, for that matter. Your diet is number one and time spent in the gym developing a solid foundation for new mucsle to grow upon, is number two.

Spend the next year or two working on nutrition, learning how to eat properly, reducing your body fat, and building mucsle. These three important points will determine whether you experience a successful cycle, or a poor wasted one.

Sorry regularly, I have been at the gym 3 times a week before that for 2 years.. Regardless again I have read all of those but it doesn't help with the time I have to eat. I need help with a meal plan that will fit the timing the 10 minutes I have.

I assume you read up on TDEE and how to determine this?

Ok. Now that youre read all the stickies, it will be easy for you to go to Fitday.com and construct a diet that you feel is right for your goals.

Come back and post it up when youre done.

Suggestions on what's quick and good. And yeah if you wanna come over I'd appreciate it. Why post if you're not even going to help just to annoy me and be a smart ass? I asked a simple question for help and you have to be a dick about it.

He's trying to help you, f*cktard. He doesn't get paid for this shit and everything he's said to your stupid ass so far is true. If you're too lazy to devote 30 minutes to cooking your food for the day in the morning or preparing it all on a Sunday then this isn't for you, go cry about it

Then prepare your food before you go to bed and pack it in Tubberware. It doesn't take that long.

There are always options, stop making excuses.

Look up the fast food restaurant, Chipotle. The variety of food they offer make it very easy to hit your macros. They serve chicken, vegetables, beans, brown rice, steak, etc. and is fast and relatively cheap. Shit, even McDonalds

Look up IIFYM and video blogs by Layne Norton, research Alan Aragon. You don't have to choke down brown rice, chicken, and broccoli every meal. Switch out sweet potatoes for FiberOne cereal and milk to hit your carb intake, just keep your fiber intake for the day in a reasonable range

Also, Orange Triad by Controlled Labs or Anavite by Gaspari Nutrition are top of the line multivitamins
