Look up the fast food restaurant, Chipotle. The variety of food they offer make it very easy to hit your macros. They serve chicken, vegetables, beans, brown rice, steak, etc. and is fast and relatively cheap
Look up IIFYM and video blogs by Layne Norton, research Alan Aragon. You don't have to choke down brown rice, chicken, and broccoli every meal. Switch out sweet potatoes for PopTarts to hit your carb intake, just keep your fiber intake in a reasonable range
