    Cycle + Sleep + Work + Training

    Hello, im 10-11% bf and 78kg , 1.72 cm

im preparing for a competition of bodybuilding i got like 20 weeks to get ready for it.. and gonna start a cycle of tren oxy test and other things like that...

I just want to ask you guys or give me tips.. this is my history

i go to school and work and train but i was wondering if i will get bad results if i

go to school from 2 pm to 7 pm then Train at gym to 8:50 pm , then go to my work from 9 pm to 5 AM! then sleep from 5am to like 1 pm..

    Would that affect me ?
Because i got a good working offer but it would make change my life style to sleep from 5am to 1 pm...
of course i would never stop eating i would have like 8 foods time.. on the day..

Its so important to sleep on the night ? should i decline the offer of the work ?

Thats what is pissing my head of because i want to get the 1st on the comp and give them a really good show..

Thanks i appreciate your time to answer me!

The only thing that can take you to your dreams is your mind..

Your body will get used to it pretty fast. I work nights and it took a while to adjust but as long as you keep your eating the same and sleep enough it really doesn't matter whether your day starts at 2am or 2pm

Yup. I don't know your tren cycle history but if you've done it before and know what to expect feel free to take around 350-500mg a week. You won't have to worry about sleep at all and you can fit in an extra meal or two.

Being less than two centimeters tall is going to make it difficult to see you on stage, from a distance.

On a serious note, recovery very important. If your training program is balanced with enough rest time for every muscle group and you do get sleep in, I can't see it being a problem.

If you feel very tired, one can always adjust ones training program. Adding an extra rest day, or shuffling the muscle groups you train per day around a bit, could help with recovery of needed. Learn to trust your body... It won't lie to you. If its difficult, it is good, if its painful, something is wrong. My opinion, trial and error.

All the best for changing your sleeping pattern though...

As already mentioned, your body will adjust very quickly as long as you go to bed and and wake up the same time everyday. I suggest you go buy good ear plugs and a sleep mask.

Adjusting to a working night schedule can be tough but how hard is really dependent on the guy. One things for sure, I wouldn't want to make a change like this while in the middle of competition prep, prep is hard enough already. Hopefully by the time you start your prep you'll already be well adjusted.

As for Tren insomnia, like with many hormones it's very individualistic. Tren does not cause any insomnia issues with me nor any of the other response side effects some experience. 700mg/wk was pretty standard for me and I never had any issues with sleep. The only hormone that ever affected my sleep was a prescription of Anadrol I was once able to get...I couldn't sleep more than a couple hours a night and sometimes not at all. It beat me down very hard but I've never heard of too many having this kind of issue with Anadrol. Like I said, it's all very individualistic. I've never cared for absolute comments when it comes to hormones...many make them on message boards, but they simply aren't true.

Actually that's not true. Alpha pharmas parabolin was unreal, was simply a high quality product.
