    Adjusting to a working night schedule can be tough but how hard is really dependent on the guy. One things for sure, I wouldn't want to make a change like this while in the middle of competition prep, prep is hard enough already. Hopefully by the time you start your prep you'll already be well adjusted.

    As for Tren insomnia, like with many hormones it's very individualistic. Tren does not cause any insomnia issues with me nor any of the other response side effects some experience. 700mg/wk was pretty standard for me and I never had any issues with sleep. The only hormone that ever affected my sleep was a prescription of Anadrol I was once able to get...I couldn't sleep more than a couple hours a night and sometimes not at all. It beat me down very hard but I've never heard of too many having this kind of issue with Anadrol. Like I said, it's all very individualistic. I've never cared for absolute comments when it comes to hormones...many make them on message boards, but they simply aren't true.

    Thats completly true, most of the sides are individualistic , not everyones can have them.. have u run tren ace 700mg/wk? Thats weird whit anadrol lol

    Yes, Tren-a is all I ever cared for.
