My trainer currently has me on what I think is HIIT training. A typical chest workout can include the following exercises with 5 sets of 15 reps.
Chest press hammer strength
Incline press hammer strength
Decline press hammer strength
Fly's hammer strength
Dips
All exercises are completed back to back with moderate weight. Please provide thoughts on this workout and routine. I feel fatigued however, I don't feel like I get a great workout and don't feel sore the next day. I seem to get a better workout using free weights with heavier weight 10-12 reps. Additionally, I am 169lbs, BF around 15-17%. I eat a pretty clean diet however, I struggle to consume 200+ calories. I am currently taking 1.2cc of test cyp ever 3.5 days, 2500 units of HCG ever 3.5 days and .025 anastrozole every day. This has been my routine for the last 5months. Lastly, the gains seem moderate at best.
