Hi,
I'm new to the forum and the activity.
I'm 5'7"- currently 145, but I have a lean, ballerina's frame & normally weigh in at 125.
I want to gain more strength in my upper body and stay cut and lean.
I'm active sk8, snowboard, light gym - but want to focus on the gym more to build a bit more upper body mass.
So far, Im reading and learning.
