Now those are some of the answers I was looking for and I didn't post my diet yet cause I work 12 hrs and just got home. For breakfast I had 2 packets of yogurt 100 cal a piece, an Iso mass shake with a packet of instant oatmeal and a bannana in it 1000 cal 2 cookies and a pb and j sandwich in between breakfast and coffee break, at coffee a chicken thigh and drumstick and a seafood sandwich, a granola bar and another cookie and a yogurt before lunch, a bowl of soup and some spagetti, nothing before next coffee, some penne noodles at coffee and some raw broccoli And carrots with ranch dip, a muffin and seafood sandwich till work was done. I am now gonna go eat supper go work out, a protien shake right after. Then I always eat right before bed, and quite often I wake up in the middle of the night and eat cereal or make a sandwich. My nick name is the fat kid cause I eat so much lol trust me u r not the first person who has told me about diet. I just don't know how much more food I can eat, and I work in camp so there is no shortage of food,
