    What's the opinions in my cardio for cutting

    - Rope jumping 15sec then jumping jacks 15sec then burpees 15sec then rest 15sec [ total = 1 min ] ... then repeat again

    for 20-30 mins

    How long have you been doing this routine? Has it been working? If it’s not broken don’t fix it.

    Depending on how severely you're cutting, and how often (and heavy) you weight train, I would reduce the cardio to LISS in order to reduce any possibility of catabolism
