My idea is that you should stop taking what ever PH you're on and educate yourself further on the drawbacks of PH's. Otherwise you may experience far greater concerns than a lack of soreness. Seriously.

if soreness is the only thing you're concerned with, try going heavier(10%-20% heavier than usual), and try going very slow on the negative stroke(1 second up, 5 seconds down, slow and controlled).

Ha, I agree but let me tell you guys. So I'm back in the gym the last three days after the month off to recover. The doc says noting more then 25 lbs., huh? so I did slow, intense concentrated movements like with curls and trice extensions. I did like 30-40-50 reps and burned the crap out of my arms. I managed to work into a huge pump and I hurt like hell. Ha, there is so much we can do when we change up and put in the mind to muscle connection. ....crazy mike

If you want soreness after working out here’s what you do. Make sure that the muscle you’re trying to stimulate is the muscle that’s actually doing the exercise. Control the weight through its entire range of motion. The eccentric part of the exercise is just as important as the concentric portion. Never use momentum to move the weight always ensure that your muscles are doing the lifting. When doing any exercise stop and pause at the end of the concentric motion. Squeeze the muscles you’re trying to work as hard as you can for as long as you can. When you can no longer squeeze begin your controlled eccentric portion of the exercise. If you do the things I mentioned every rep of every set you will be sore.

What if you are sore all the time??? I swear my biceps have been sore for the last 2 months as well as the rest of me but not as much. Getting old sucks.
