    Do you train your inner thigh ?

    Do anyone train your inner thigh directly ?
    If you do what exercises you think are the best for inner thigh?

    not all the time....but sometimes(lol obvious from my previous statement)

    hip adductor(the girly open and close thigh machine)

    leg extensions with feet pointing out(away from each other)

    twice a week I do 6 or 7 sets of 75 reps of progressively heavier weight on the "girlie" hip adductor machine (yeah, I saw you Cancer!) until I fail in the final set. It also helps with the groin tendon, being able to do the splits, and acrobatic sex!

    yes I train it, doing 3 sets takes 6 minutes and it has become much less shakey.

    If you want to hit your inner thigh widen your stance when performing squats. Long stride lunges also hit your inner thigh.
