I tried doing some searches but they are all from 2002-2007! A few nice threads but nothing directly answering my question. I have read that some people suggest some sort of PCT after Liquid Clen (ar-r)? Is that true?
I also see people doing 7 days on, 7 days off... as well as 14 days on, 7 days off. Just looking for some feedback on what people are liking more.
And is the taruine necessary? Do you really feel that stiff/cramped up after workouts that the Taurine is needed to help relax your muscles?
