Look up a guy called nick Mitchell! Has some good articles about twice a day training! He used in on a guy called Glenn Parker for a transformation! You might get the workout!Originally Posted by allskill87

When do you plan on growing? This is overkill. I've done it. In mass building, less is more where training frequency is concerned. If you destroy the muscle in one session lasting less than 1 hour you won't need to hit that muscle again for 8-10 days. You have to let it repair.
