Hello guys my name is Rida and I'm new here, actually I was on another forum but heard so much about this one and found a great source of info in here.
I'm 37 5'8 and 180 lb.
I was doing sports on off all my life but from 5 years I screwed myself by living the night life, eating crap all day long.. Once in a sudden I hit 264 pounds and that's when I decided to change my life.. From about 2 years I'm working out continuously , weighing every thing I eat.. And I'm here to learn from u guys.
