Depends on training experience and your own body. I occasionally work in an extra day for a lacking body part if I feel it lacking.
Depends on intensity of each session mate. I just posted a new thread in this forum regarding my own new training regime that has a little bit of training twice a week, but only one session is full intensity, if that makes sense.... Pop on over and have a look if you like. I cant copy and paste the link because i have less than 25 posts and apparently admins are worried they'll be spam lol

Yes, train everything 2-3 times a week.... That is of corse if you want to take best advantage of the elevated muscle protein synthesis response to training
I have been reading up on baseline's programs and seem to be killer... I will be doing the 2-3 times a week thing in about a month... He knows what he talking about!!
I train each bodypart once every 10 days.
