I am predicting a bad outcome. That movie doesn't fit his profile.

Dammit. I love the current batman. Plus the last Superman movie was a bit weak IMHO.

Honestly, the franchise has not sparked my interest since Michael Keaton - Sad to think that the last time I really like it was when Mr. Mom was Batman. Of course, I was younger then and less jaded.

Christian Bale is the best for Batman role.
I like most of his movies.

Isn't Ben a member of the Film Actors Guild?

I will be the first one to say that I honestly don't understand the uproar about this. I don't mind Ben Affleck. He seems like a nice and intelligent guy; and although he has had some bad movies (every actor has), he has also had some good ones. I am sure the whole "Bennifer" fiasco tarnished his image to many, but I think enough time has passed to forget about that.

Steve Buscemi as Batman? I'd not only pay to see that at an actual theater, I'd buy the dvd.

I just read that Bryan Cranston is going to be Lex Luthor, so there is some potential...

I heard same, the report I heard is that they were trying to save some cred. for the franchise and asked Cranston to play the role. I really like Cranston, should be a good role for him and help to get some distance from his Breaking Bad/ Malcolm in the middle roles.

Doesn't matter much about Cranston being lex. All Cranston is going to do is ask who was smoking meth when the cast Ben as batman.
