never went to a gym did home workouts so basically i did alot of lower chest and now i am thinking i should go to a gym to fix the imbalances
so i am going to completely cut out my lower chest workouts and put alot of upper chest exercises,, should i go super heavy and which exercises will hit the most of it thanks
