Do a search on r-ALA there is tons of info on it here. You can buy it at www.1fast400.com or www.anabolicfitness.com (r-ALA is called glucorell, in the discount box put afdiscount for better price). To get those strips go into GNC (I hate them) and ask for the strips that test for keto, they will have them.

Ive been happy with the results from r-ala, i take 1-2 capsules per 50 grams or so of carbs. Take them before you eat, like 10-15 minutes.
