Hello there, I'm 19 years old 187 lbs 6 foot 1 inch. I've been training for three years now and I have finally decided to do a proper diet. This is what the diet looks like,
meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1.5 cup oats
meal 2: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1.5 cup mashed sweet potato
PWO: 2 scoop mutant mass, 1 cup oats
PPWO: 8 oz. chicken breast 1.5 cup brown rice
meal 5: 6 oz. lean ground beef, 1 cup mashed sweet potato, broccoli
meal 6: 2 4 oz. tilapia fillets, 1/2 cup brown rice
meal 7: 2 scoop mutant mass, 1 cup almonds
If anyone would like to critique my diet please feel free! But the reason I am posting in this section is I would like some input on a proper training routine for bulking. I have been doing a football prep program but I have recently decided I do not wish to pursue that sport but instead just workout to be big and strong. I have heard different things about split training versus full body three times a week and I'm really not sure what to do since I'm staying natural for quite a while... I just want to get the most out of my diet so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with a program. My lifting stats for 1 rep are as follows,
Bench - 245lbs
Squat - 275lbs
Deadlift - 425lbs
Power Clean - 225lbs
Overhead Press - 185lbs
