No sex while cycling?

I've been reading and have talked to several lifters who have told me that not having sex while cycling and hitting the weights hard can be beneficial. They said that the testostorone that will accumulate will help you lift harder. Are there any other benefits? And if you're running a cycle of test, would sex effect on your levels?

i think this happens to me because when you try to back out from the "posted" page when using your phone and there is no way to erase them (at least that ive seen!!) but it looks like he posted it 8 minutes after the first so porobably and accident!

Thanks Ickythump. I was on my phone and when i clicked back while still on the forum it took me to the page where i last posted it. I'll have to remember this

Hmm...looks like I forgot a few letters ......also, if you get the app, it's way easier to navigate than the phone browser...forum only I believe but that's all I really use now
