    Explosive lifts

    I'm looking to incorporate more explosive lifts to my routine and wondering if it would be better to have one day of of the week dedicated to explosive lifts or something like weighed hiit. Or to add sets of explosive lifts to my routines such as adding a set of weighed box jumps to leg day.

    What are your goals, stats, training history, diet, etc like? Right off the bat, doing weighted HIIT won't necessarily make you more "explosive" but some lifts to incorporate for power would be power cleans, clean and press, continental clean, snatch, jerk, dynamic day for squats, box jumps, feet drills on rope ladder, etc. Many options available to you
