    Rest

    Was wondering y'all's opinion on resting the whole body for a week or so. Overall I feel good but I've noticed myself getting weaker in a few areas but I continue to eat great and seem to be getting plenty of rest. Do any of y'all take a week to give the body some rest and if you do, do you continue with cardio or take the full week off and just focus on your nutrition? Thanks

    Some toss in a whole week maybe every 12 weeks. However maybe your problem in not enough rest days in between workouts. IMO it would be best to rest one day every 3 or 4 days depending on how hard your workout routine is. A whole week is a long time, at max 4 days is plenty. And during your rest days that is exactly what you do, rest, ie no light cardio, etc, just rest.
