2 years transformation - mass bulking.

    Hi,

I've been bulking for the past two years, trying to gain as much mass as possile (lean muscle).

    I was :
19 years old, 160 pounds. The bones of my shoulders and my back would stick out. Pretty skinny!

    Now :
21 years old, 195 pounds. I feel more full now and heavy which is a good thing.

One more year of bulking and I'll start cutting and aiming for muscle definition. Any advice? Should I stop my bulk now?

    Thanks! Appreciate it!

Popeye that's a great tranformation. I'd start looking more toward lean bulk. Why don't you paste this over into the nutrition forum and let some of the guru's give you some guidance.

    Really solid progress!

It's a dark pic so I can't really see how much fat ur carrying on ur torso but it doesn't appear to b much. Like kel said. I'd work toward a leaner bulk but I would go in a cut just yet if ur goal is to get bigger. Ur not in bad conditioning, and sometimes u just gotta bite the bullet and bypass a summer body to reach ur goals. But all in all great transformation bud

Thank u Tron. I was thinking the same thing. My main objective is to ''get big''! I will keep bulking, but more of a lean bulk. Honestly, my workouts r very intense, it's more the nutrition. I overeat and take in too much carbs and protein.

I will post another pic soon enough. I've been taking creatine recently and I gained another 7 lbs!

You're looking great! I would have to agree with everyone else and say lean bulk is the way to go...maybe after you add another lean 15 pounds you could think about cutting a little.

    Awesome transformation.

Thank you! Indeed! I am being very careful with my macros now and lean bulk is the way to go. My goal is to add another 20-25 pounds in the next 3 years.

UPDATE - I am at 200 pounds right now. Need to lower my body fat %! My workouts are getting more intense... the main issue is my diet. Not gonna lie, I sometimes skip a meal and simply take a protein shake because I don't have enough time. Will start prepping meals for the week from now on! Also, I can't seem to add mass on my traps and upper back!

After 6 weeks of lean bulking, I've lowered my bf% however I don't look smaller (which is a good thing). Objective is to be around 12-13 bf% by the end of August.
Also, for the guys that have the same issue as me... I used to have ''puffy'' nipples (I was a skinny teenager 12-19 but a fat kid <12 ), but since I've lowered my bf%, the puffiness has gone away...!

Looks awesome man! I would eat a clean caloric surplus diet if I were you. Maybe go from there. Intrested in seeing your diet over in the nutrition forum x2
