If you're around 20 years old you just start pinning shit loads of gear, and then ask for advice that you don't want to hear about 5 weeks in.
Ultimately mate it's really what fits you best. Last time I followed Marcus' prime and it went well. Didn't lose much weight before as I only ran it 5-6 weeks. I'll be running it again soon for 8 weeks though. If your carb cycle plan is tried and tested you can, quite easily, stick with that. Combine it with some increased cardio maybe and then at least you don't have to cut cals as much.
