    I don't feel feel the crazy strength gains everyone talks about.

    On 6 week of test e cycle. But my lift are almost the same. Nowhere near as people speak to be upping 15lbs week after week or similar.

    I know my test is not bunk since its pharma grade.

    I eat a great ton of food and train is on point.


    Do people really experience this crazy strength gains I read everywhere? I am also just 1kg up in the scale when not bloated. But visually and strength wise the same

    What are you stats? Like a lot of people say, it's not magic and there are several prerequisites to completing a successful cycle including age, bf, training experience, diet, rest, blood work, over all health, etc. Maybe you can list some of that out so guys can help you.

    first cycle? give it a few more weeks... if you are a serious gym rat and you are eating huge and you dont get stronger, then your test might actually be bunk or severely under dosed.

    serious training. 4 years natty training. at least 9 hours sleep, and tons of food.

    Do people really start upping 15 lbs weekly on chest, 25 lbs on squat weekly?

    its really frustrating. other dude, our trainer at the gym is cycling has already upped 40 lbs on chest. And I am the same as where I was natty training.

    maybe do some bloods?

    You won't see that week after week. It is not physically possible, because in a 10 week cycle you would have gained 150 lbs by the end at that rate.

    I'm guessing you are on 500mg weekly. That's the same amount as my first and only cycle. It isn't a miracle dose, but you should definitely see some strength gains.

    My max gain was on incline bench. But that was also because I had shoulder injuries prior to cycle. The test really healed up my shoulder, which was a pleasant surprise, and helped me push my bench up. I think it went from 165 (pre-cycle due to injury) to 205 for 5 rep-max. But like I said, I couldn't push too much pre-cycle because of my shoulder pain, so 165 wasn't my natural max either.

    Op have you actually tried upping your weight 10-20lbs. On my first cycle i didnt feel like i was much .stronger until one day i just tried heavier weight. I found i could do 20-40 pounds heavier on every lift. Also if you arent eating enough your strength wont go up much. You have to actually find your tdee and then count your calories so you know for sure. If your not gaining weight your not eating enough. Its that simple. *note 6 weeks is enough time, you should of seen weight or strength gains by now if aas was real and your consuming enough healthy foods

    If u have only gained 1 kg in 6 weeks and strength is the same something isn't right obviously. Get bloods done. See where your test levels are. Sounds bunk to me if you are doing 500 mg or more

    I can tell in the gym from one day to the next if I don't eat right. And I'm not talking about "dirty" vs. "clean" food either. I'm talking about if I haven't been eating enough fast burning carbs prior to going to the gym.

    You can eat "clean" but if too much of your carb macros dedicated to real slow burning low GV foods, it can have a significant impact on performance.

    Suggest maybe you post your eating plan in the nutrition section. include macros per meal and total macros per day, your TDEE, and include your stats.

    We should be able to tell in an instant if this is the problem

    Week 6, you should be having lots of boners, oily or acne skin, strength and a general feeling of well being. On cycle all I want to do is work out, a couple times a day if possible. Definitely sounds like your gear is bunk. I would get blood work ASAP, at least then you will know the truth. Then you can stop injecting the mystery oil.     They only time I say anything is pharmacy grade is if I am the one who went down and picked it up from the Pharmacy. This is Pharmacy grade gear.

    I'm only 3 weeks into my first cycle w/ UGL Test Cyp and I've gotta say
    My Mood is up,
    Weight is up,
    Sweating is up,
    Strength is up,
    Few Pimples up,
    Lil' Fella is always up.

    I was thinking placebo, but after the last two days in the gym ... no way

    I need a new picture since I just picked up another 20mL of Test C this week so now my drawer is full. I'm trying to use up a little of the home brew before starting back on the RX. That may take a while. lol

    With your age and experience I would think your not eating correctly or training right to stimulate growth. Just looking over your previous threads and looking at the pictures you posted tells me your not ready for steroids and they will serve zero purpose if you haven't built a base or understand nutrition.

    I'm bringing this up again, now that I look at your pics that Marcus reminded me of. You are clearly not ready for steroids. By looking at the pics, your biggest muscle is your Table muscle. get that under control and learn to eat! Do as I ask and post your diet in the nutrition section.

    Newbs need to learn what a foot is before they can walk. once you know what your foot is and know how to walk, then maybe in a few years, you can learn to run.

    Some of them just won't get it through their head: nothing will happen until you learn how, what, and when to eat. Food FUELS growth, not steroids.
