    Split for 6 days a week?

    Hi,

    Does anyone train 6x week ( i mean with one day OFF, very often Sunday i think :-D )? If yes, how Your split look like?

    I was doing a 6 day split of push/pull/legs/repeat then 1 day rest. I liked it but it probably wasn't enough rest, I didn't do it for long enough to see if I'd run myself into the ground or not.

    ^ I did the above, ended up switching to 3 on 1 off and never looked back. Make sure volume is low enough for progressive overload, if your not getting stronger it's to much

    Started a similar program, was 3 workouts performed back to back with a rest day, and am in my 3rd week. Like mentioned above, I have just moved my rest day to make it 3 on 1 off. Chest & back, shoulders & arms, legs & lower back. I'm loving it so far.

    That split looks like a lot of fun haha.

    That split looks grueling , shoulders And arms get hit almost every day, I prefer P/p/l
