thankyou chris it has been a while since I was back to the gym on a regular bases its been about a year now just getting back to where I was is tough but I love to compete so im back and thank you

thank you clarky im back in the gym for over a year and due to injury I have not done a competition since 1999 long time but now im back and a lot has changed never joined a forum just looked interesting for info and advice getting and giving and thank you again
