Hey guys I am new to the community. Started back lifting 2 months ago. Looking forward to getting back in it. I'm 30 yrs old 6'2" 225 lbs. I have a good base from previous training but need to work more on midsection. My goal here is to learn more about nutrition plan and routine. I have utilized AS in the past have a base knowledge but am interested in learning more. Thanks for the welcome!
