    cardio & leg options

Just got fitted with a walking boot.

Severe strain of the Achilles. Dr said based off swelling he was surprised it wasn't ruptured. Anyway I could use some suggestions mostly for leg workouts.
Any movements were I need to drive through my heels is out.

Cardio I am thinking Bike but I have to give it a try and see, or swimming laps may be good. ok let be honest for me it would be swimming a lap.

Leg day is Saturday I am open to ideas.

    thanks in advance

That's a tough one seeing how the leg press and various squats are heel driven activities..... Hmmmm, you could take a different approach and try working your hams, glutes, and hip adductors. With these areas strengthened your squat would probably come back with a vengeance. You could do leg extensions, reverse hyper extensions, leg curls, single leg curls, hip abductor machine. Better then nothing .
