Yes I know the dangers of smoking, but I was just wondering if I should not smoke straight after a workout? Or straight before a workout? I'll give up in time but at the moment I'm just not ready. I'm on a test e, Dianabol cycle atm, in my third week. Seeing gains but not sure how much my smoking is impacting on 'what results I could have' any help would be great..
