Now, smoking causes less oxygen intake and therefore, increased RBC levels. Testosterone and Dianabol will also cause RBC levels to rise. That's a double whammy. Let's hope you do not have sleep apnea or live in an elevated area...... triple whammy.

Trust me, your 'gains' are hindered.
    Whats life without pleasure?

Alot of "gym goers" smoke. How much it hinders your gains, i dont know. But what i do know is that you can still gain muscle while smoking. Judge by OP´s pic, it looks like it hasnt stopped him.

I was merely providing information for the OP. Not really looking to argue. I know plenty about smoking.

    Thanks.

LOL you put smoking in that category? Smoking is only pleasurable once it's a full time habit, the normal person who doesn't smoke may say that about bad foods or fast cars, but not a literal stick of inhalable poison

Kill your "gains" not really - aid in your death like other bad habits that most of us posses - well yeah

Everything in moderation. How much people value life is completely up to them. People drink alcohol, people eat junkfood/cheat meals, people do coke, use artificial ingredienses, jaywalk, skydive, drive fast bla bla bla. All this can be damaging to you, but why live if you cant enjoy life? Better to life a short enjoyable life, than to grow old and misserable.

I'm pretty sure a large population of smokers lives would be happier if they didn't smoke. So in turn, they'd grow older, and have a better life if they stopped...
