    Steroids don't shred fat, cardio and diet is key.

    A proper diet is definitely key, but tren helps me get lean and the muscle shape and quality is out of this world. Moderate dose of test and low dose tren is my cutting cycle along with a low carb high vegetable and protein diet. I will be giving Mast a try this summer along with the tren to see if I can take it to the next level.

    Any anabolic steroid would do, but the fat burning effects are minimal, even for tren, they are used to retain muscle mass. IMO the best fat burner is T3, even better with clen added, and of course steroids, otherwise you will lose muscle. Diet and training also has to be extremely on point, because I've seen people lose muscle with T3 even on tren, just because their training and diet were crap.

    I just finished 8 weeks of t3 at 50mcg/d during my cycle, tren by far blows t3 away for me.

    This^^^. T3 cannot compare to tren.

    Thanks for the feedback guys I'm gonna work on my diet and cardio then have a look into tren and t3

    What is your cycle history? Tren is an advanced compound, not the best for users new to AAS. Some guys run really high doses, but I had amazing results with 200mg/w tren e.

    Just a bit of extra info on tren, its is the harsher steroid, it is not made for human consumption but for cattle.
    I do not advise it unless you have a few good cycles under your belt and know exactly what to expect from it.

    this would be my 1st time I guess I should stay from tren for the mean time until I got a few cycles under my belt then what would you suggest would be a good one to start on I won't be starting till I've got by diet and cardio sorted 1st

    I always liked hgh and t4 for fat loss especially when I was priming for a cycle.

    50mcg is a very small dose. 125mcg is normal for fat loss.

    I do 125mcg t3 + 120mcg clen.

    Fat loss begins at well under 125mcg. I've ran up to 150mcg and tren still beats it hands down.

    I have use tren with no cardio and I loose a lot of fat and gain muscle but if you wanna get shredded you must do cardio and diet.

    I try anavar with cardio by itself before I do my first cycle and I did lose a ton of weight including muscle because of y diet (not enough protein intake) I go very lean, the leanest I ever be but too skinny.

    Now Im only under test (sustanon) and anavar but no cardio and I'm in my 6th week, so far I lose some weight but I think I wasted my vars, I should of use them at the end for cutting

    Can't answer that without context. For a lean person 1/2lb a week is good whereas an obese person could be doing great at 2-3lbs a week. Either way tren wins the fat loss department hands down and that's without even taking into account the fact that T3 is proteolytic and increases protein breakdown whereas tren doesn't.

    If you need 125 mcgs of t3 to lose fat .....something is really wrong. 50 mcgs a day is a decent dose.

    I was losing strength at 50mcg/ day with 100mcg/day of T4 while on cycle. (That's equivalent to about 75mcg/day of T3 by bro science.)
    I cannot imagine how I would've felt on 125mcg/day of T3.

    At your bf you don't want to be using any kind of AAS or fat loss compound. Your best approach is to get your diet in order and start a solid cardio and weight lifting program. Results will come slowly and when you start hitting a brick wall with your fat loss you redesign your diet and cardio programme again to suit your new body weight and goals. Once you find out how your body reacts with cardio and certain diets you will start seeing progress which will be a better way forward because the fat loss will stay off instead of you going round in circles.

    What is lean in your opinion? 1/2lb is never good, that's just a waste of time. I lose 2lbs a week when I'm sub 10%, with no loss of strength. I don't understand why would anyone do a slow cut on steroids, it's just stupid.

    Lean to me is around 12% or under. 1/2lb a week is great for someone who is cutting and has high insulin sensitivity, low leptin sensitivity, is cutting for a meet to make weight, etc etc. Some people can do better and others worse, it depends on your p-ratio, sensitivity to things like leptin, insulin, ghrelin, the rate of metabolic slow down for the individual during hypocaloric times, etc.

    You're not losing 2lbs of fat a week I hope you understand that. I do prefer cutting faster in most cases but certainly not all.

    I highly doubt you are able to be sub 10%, lose 2lbs a week, and NOT lose strength.

    Last year is the lowest Bf I have pulled @ right around 10%

    I have maintained sub 12-13% on my bulk & I call myself fat

    No juice, no drug can replace discipline

    This year I am looking to pull fairly deep into the single digits just to prove that I can

    At this time for me I don't see the point in trying that hard and struggling to get that lean naturally when I can throw some test and tren together and make life that much easier. I have been pretty lean naturally but I was light, I want to be lean and huge but I am getting too old to sacrifice that much to achieve it. If you can do it natty, go for it, it certainly is an accomplishment.
