Hypothetical scenario...
This dude does a bodybuilding program consisting of the following multi-jointed exercises, in no particular order:
Squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, bench presses, bent-over rows, hammer curls, and hang cleans.
And then he puts the aforementioned exercises into a sound training program, consisting of nothing but those exercises alone, done with optimal set and rep scheme (whatever that may be), eats 5,000 calories a day, and despite his lack of roid usage, has the genetic capacity of Hercules...
...Assuming he does those exercises and progresses with them well, ending with a 600-pound squat, a 700-pound deadlift, and a 350-pound overhead press, will his medial deltoids lag?
If so, to what degree will they lag?
