Hello there, my first cycle is just around the corner and after speaking to some people(not from this forum)
Ive been told by several of them that eating in a HUGE surplus is the only want to make steroids work.
Now i have my current TDEE which is just under 2500 and i usually eat at 2900-3k.
but now im being told that i have to eat minimum 4k when on steroids because it increases the response of things like walking/even lifting weights therefor im burning alot more calories.
Does this make sense and is it true ?
