    Looking for advice

    http://forums.steroid.com/pct-post-c...tion-help.html

Here's the link to my post I placed in the pct section. I just really could use some direction from people with experience.

When it comes to serious questions I feel like this forum is a fcuking joke. I post some stuff up here and get no response. And then people post ridiculous outrageous shit, that I believe most of which are probably ass holes just trolling and fcuking with the vets, but either way they end up with a million and one responses.
There is a lot of good stuff on here, but I don't get some of it. Am I doing something wrong? And that's why I'm not getting responses? I'm open to criticism.

First this forum is awesome. Not a joke at all. Sorry I had to start with that. But I think u kinda hit the nail on the head. U tried aas, u did not respond to it the way u hoped.(if u can't hang the sides then don't do them). As far as finishing up everything (pct). I would do just as u planned to. (Witch it would help if u laid that out for the ppl here to see) that way we can tell u if your doing it right.

Sorry you did not get the response you wanted. But, you asked if you should start your PCT sooner than everyone on this site suggests because you are feeling needy and crying on a whim.

We do not lay out an appropriate plan, but add "unless of course you are crying" then go ahead and ignore what we told you and start sooner.

I think you hit the nail on the head when you stated that steroids may not be for you. I wish someone would have jumped in and told you to do what you already knew you were supposed to do as stated in your own post. But, it does get tedious at times going over this stuff over and over; especially when the information has already been laid out and that you must have read to know what you stated in your post.

I hope you bounce back quickly and good luck.

Ok, thanks guys. I guess I was thinking that if my gear was underdosed, then it would certainly be out of my system sooner than the appropriate two weeks for enanthate, wouldn't it? Therefore starting pct a little early would be appropriate. And I'm sure the only real way to know would be to get bloodwork and I don't think that will happen so I will just wait the appropriate two weeks. I followed austinites first cycle thread and will be doing nolv 40/20/20/20, and clomid 75/50/50/50.

Up until I started having some issues I never had any problems with this forum, and actually defended it many times to people running their mouth because they didn't want constructive criticism but someone to cosign there bull shit. But recently when I've had some issues it seems I was struggling to get responses and I wasn't sure why; and knuckle heads who drop syringes in public bathrooms were getting 30-40 posts. I was like wtf?!?! But all in all I know this forum has helped me a ton and will continue to after I'm out of here, which it looks like after this experience will be very soon. Who knows, maybe in a few years when my natural test really starts to decline I will be back. But for now I'm gonna pray this pct goes smoothly and things jump back to semi normal, where I will appreciate what I have rather than trying to always strive for more than I need. Thanks guys.

I guess I got one more response; is it normal for someone to have to up their ai during the time waiting between their last pin and the start of pct? Because I've had to and it seems to be the only thing keeping me from having tremendous anxiety.

If your gear is under dosed, that does not mean it will be out of your system sooner. It simply means you would have less in your system than you thought you did. But the lesser amount will still take two weeks to get out.

Also, you cannot gauge importance to the number of responses a post gets. I think the tougher the question the fewer responses you will get. If I posted I am 18, I want to do two grams of tren only per week using syringes I found in the alley behind my house I would probably get 1,000 responses. Ha ha.

Without blood work it is nearly impossible for anyone to give you a clear answer to your question about AI.

As I understand it, you've finished your cycle and are waiting for the test to leave your system to begin PCT. Even if your test was underdosed you will still need to wait the appropriate time before PCT or you risk affecting how successful the PCT is. If I were in your position and I couldn't get blood work, I'd just stick it out at the usual AI dose you've been taking and hold onto the thought that it will get better soon. It is not normal to have to up your AI dose while waiting to PCT.

For me the wait till PCT is always a difficult time, I hate the waiting, getting lighter, weaker and smaller during this period, but it is perfectly normal. I too have a very emotional time coming off cycle. You just need to remind yourself that it is your hormones that are making you feel that way and it won't last for ever. What ever is in the for front of your mind now, you wont give a second thought to in a few weeks time. Stay away from sad movies and music and such, keep focused on your training, diet and rest. Focus on the good stuff in your life and cut yourself a break over the not so good stuff.

Just hang in there and know that it is very common to feel the way you do right now.

Dude, thank you. Thank you to all of you who responded. It has been rough. And I didn't expect it this soon, more so in the second week waiting for pct but I guess today is the 8th day so I'm in it. The part that is killing me is my appetite is non existent. The past week I have barely been getting a thousand calories a day in and it's a struggle to eat anything. But, enough of the sad story, like you said, I'll be fine, I'll make it through, and soon enough I'll be back to the old me. Thanks again.

This is the part we need to get you focused on. Unfortunately you need to force feed yourself, it isn't easy, especially when you're feeling like crap and are despondent. Don't let your mind play tricks on you and keep the end goal in mind, you've worked hard to get this far. Try going for calorie dense whole foods like nuts, avocados, oats and wholewheat pasta, but keep an eye on how much fat you are consuming.

Now is when you need to be at your most focused, the cycle part is easy, keeping the gains is where it gets difficult.

I found that during the two week wait there were two or three really rough days mid way between last shot and PCT (about where you are now) and the rest were just a bit melancholy with low motivation and energy. Stick it out, it gets better.

For future reference, once was enough for me. I now switch from test e to test p during the last two weeks of cycle. Test p is out of your system much quicker allowing for a shorter wait till PCT, about 3-4 days. Unforunatly this will not help you now, but it may be something to consider for the future.

Thanks man. Your words are exactly what I needed to hear. Empathy usually evolves from experience, so I thank you for getting through your struggle to help me. I will pay it forward.
