best way to train on gear

hi guys for you what is the best way to train on gear?

i am almost ten week on cycle.. and see nothing,i don't have a routine, let's say is chest day... i do what i feel and go to failure every set, kill the muscle, but little to no result so far.

when i was natty same thing..same routine and no result then i switched to a basic routine with progressive overload no failure and blow up in 2 months

but i was thinking gear would make me recovery faster but nothing... should try progressive overload on cycle=

ROUTINE like bill starr,or wendler 5 3 1 would it make my gain size? is my main gol
when i start lifting i was extremely underweight like 15kg and still with man boobs and belly fat,i make progress but i think my genetics suck a little.

diet is spot on,gain weight steady

Definitely go back to progress overload and a consistent routine but something in a bit of a higher rep range (maybe jonnie canditos strength/hypertrophy program?) so you're more likely to stimulate growth without excessive fatigue.

Best way to grow on gear is train heavy the same way you did when you were natural and making gains except adjust calories according to your goals and adjust training weight relative to your strength

    ^^Yup.
"Diet is spot on." Maybe, but is it spot-on for your goals? What %surplus of your tdee are you eating?

Also, maybe your gear is wack. Have you done pre and midcycle BW?

You train the same on gear and off gear that's were many fail and go around in circles going back on gear chasing gains. The secret is to maintain the gains by what built them in the first place. Experience and understanding your own body will help direct you.

This statement doesn't make much sense regarding overload - your body has no choice to grow by progressive overload - it'll adapt - it has too!

But if you grow w/what you proposed than stick to it! IMHO, you've never really hit true failure using multiple sets! Your basically wasting reps and holding back reps to make you think ur going to failure when in reality I highly doubt it... Many think(me included b4) that I was certainly hitting true failure - once I figured I wasn't - It hurt but it's fixable(get your mindset dialed in for any and all ex's) everything starts in the brain!

I would bet if your training is close to intense, that the lack of gains has everything to do with diet. I know you stated it's spot on, but maybe the spot needs to be adjusted. TDEE, Macros, Surplus?

Did you do bloodwork prior to starting, and have you done bloodwork on cycle? Gear might be bunk.
