OK just started tracking everything again.
Stopped for a log time even if I was 95% on my diet ...being a chef and then logging everything u seem to remember if u eat basically same thing all the timw. And I can definitely eye ball weight and get very close within .5oz. I had no need to track.
So I've been priming for a blast.
And was looking at today's log.
Hit my goal. But not enough carbs. But a lot of protein.
Goal is 1.5-2 grams per pound?
At 3100 is cals today
I'm at
Pro -333
Carbs -167
Fats -111 (90% good)
I'm 186 currently.
What do u guys think of this break down
