This is something I hadn't seen previously. I have always been in the camp that the overall inflammatory state or the body and not the overall flux of cholesterols what's the major contributor to heart disease. Now we are finding that based on diet and such. Vldl, LDL, MDL, and HDL can either inflame the intima or protect it based on its own Chemisty. I find this amazing, and in would mean both camps were right to an extent.
