Better definition on non dominate side

I am right handed but have better definition and it seems more strength on my left side. WTF? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah I sometimes feels this ..I think cuz my left is smaller a bit since I didn't do independant strength training as much like I do now (dumbells etc). So it's looks more defined I guess rather bulk. And the reason for more strength sometimes I feel with certain actions etc. is maybe because the left is fresh and not used as much in life and not worn down. Or perhaps cuz the right side or dominate side is for precise detail actions and ur left is just power lol. I personaly have been training to be ambidextrous so I can't handle more situations if urgent. And needed. I.e combat etc like lately say doing curls it seems like my left will have more endurance and stay stronger longer at times. I think it's making more gains since my right is stronger and use to More stress .my left is getting more shock from the less intense sessions. I say this because I don't have a gym pass yet and been using a independant strength bowflex machine. With two separate Handels to grab. So yah something like that maybe.

You say it seems like your left has more strength than your right even though you are right handed. Have you actually tested this to make sure? Sometimes we can perceive differences that are really very minor. You may just be trying harder with your left. Your right side may be tired from your work activities that could be creating this condition. Stay away from all BB movements for at least a month and do only DBs. If you have any imbalances this should help even things out.

All that ^^^ and consider seeing a chiropractor with his advanced degree in applied kinesiology.

    Yes

I have a theory as to why.

On your dominant side, it's it's a little tighter to the body and it's also easier to control you are able to manipulate the movement for holding weight better and more comfortably on your

Non-dominant side you tend to focus a little more making sure you do a full range of movement without cheating how deep you go on the negative and how far you go on the positive therefore getting a more complete repetition and developing that side just a little bit better
