    10 Week Program

Hey guys, I'm new on here. I have my cycle outline I created and wanted to see if I overlooked anything. I'll leave the dosages out but it should be easy for you guys to see what I'm doing. Thanks in advance!

    Weeks 1-10
    500p 500-1000c 55-110f

    Weeks 11+
    300p 1000c 110f 9-10% body fat maintenance

Not sure if it was meant to be funny or not but this gave me a good laugh. On the other hand are you really going to eat 1000g carbs and 500g protein in a day? One or the other would be doable for me, but both together sounds something like only a monster is capable of.

I am going to taper up calories according to LBM bi weekly. It's not the easiest amount of food to eat I'll give you that!

It's very difficult to give any recommendations when you have posted no stats. Even when I'm 210lbs I don't eat 1000grams of carbs and expect to maintain 9% bodyfat. I started my cutting cycle at 210lbs and 14% bf. I'm currently 192lbs and 8% bodyfat and I'm eating about 300grams of carbs to maintain that body fat level. If I ate 1000 grams of carbs, that's 3 times what I'm eating now, there is no way I could exercise enough to burn off all the excess calories and maintain my body fat level. If you want more detailed advice you need to post more details about yourself and your cycle objective.

    MMmmmm....
    500g protein = 2,000 calories
    1000g carbs = 4,000 calories
    110g fat = 990 calories

total = 6,990 calories.... with a macro split of 30%/60%/10% seems for this intake FAT level way way to low and how expect to eat like this and not turn into a fat ball? I don't think even MY o's take in 1000G of carbs a day

but without stats how can we suggest anything..... I don't think anyone here eats that much a day

7k calories would only last for 2 weeks and then drop to 5kcals 20% fat intake, the rest carbs + another 1kcals being 250 grams of protein per day. How much do you weigh? 205lbs?

Have you ever considered just locking down your fat and protein intake and then manipulate your carbs on a weekly basis and see what your body is doing with those calories. Not gaining- raise them the following week. Getting too fat- scale them back a bit. If you had a decent diet you should have a good idea what your body needs to gain or losses. The flat 7k seems like a guess and very random. I may be completly wrong her but that's how I see it.

The 500c-1000c is calculated by lbm on a bi weekly basis. 7k is the top end at this mass and only lasts for 2 weeks. After that it's between 5-6k for maintenance

did you track your food intake before now....like were you tracking last month.

Yes, my calories will be based around lbm. I'll play with it as I go.

May I recommend the following? For a lean bulk, keep fat to about 18% of total caloric intake, protein to 48% and carbs to 34% (approximately). You should be taking in about 10% more cals per day then your TDEE. Much more than that, it will be difficult to keep your fat level low. If fat level can be moderate, then you can take in 20%+ more than TDEE. For more than this caloric intake per day, your fat level will go up.

That's really good advice! My macros breakdown are 80% carbohydrates and 20% fats. I don't count protein when growing for obvious reasons. On maintenance I don't plan on counting protein either because it's only an additional 1k. If I do notice myself gaining 1-2lbs of body fat per week I'll make the adjustments needed. Alternatively I may openly gain whatever fat protein puts me over and then take 1-2 days on very low calories to even out and give myself a break from eating. I appreciate the feedback!

You should figure the protein cals into the overall caloric count because you can more accurately measure the % of macros you are taking in. Protein has caloric value because your body would rather break down protein for energy over fat.
