    I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction I never did a stack before I want one that will cut body fat and build muscle mass fast

    Hey, welcome to the forms. We are going to need to know a little about you and your background. Height. Weight. Body fat %. Training history. Age. Diet. Cycle experience. etc.

    6'1. 235. Don't know fat percentage trained up until three years ago when I almost cut my leg off in an accident normal diet with high protein no cycle exp power lifted for 15 yrs haven't done much now just starting into it again all surgeries and physical therapies are done on my knee

    About 15 to 20 all belly fat can't get it off no matter what I do

    Hit the diet section they will help you out aas isnt a diet aid.They can work wonders over there.Good luck bro!

    If you haven't trained for 3 years a good diet and workout programme will do you wonders.

    You might want to get a full spectrum hormone test and see where your Test levels are. If you're accumulating a lot of belly fat, there's a chance your Test levels could be low.
